Ingredients used in PINEAPPLE HALWA
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Pineapple pieces - 2 cups.
• Brown sugar - 2 cups.
Method:
If it is a fresh pine apple, remove the skin from the pineapple. Cut it into small pieces. Heat butter in a pan. Add the pineapple pieces to the butter. cook it until the pineapple pieces are half cooked or until they lose some water. Add brown sugar and allow it to cook further in simmer. Remove from heat when it gets the consistency of halwa.
