Ingredients used in Pesara Poornam Boorelu
• Moong dal (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Sugar powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Dosa batter - 2 cups.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • In a blender add soaked moong dal and make a paste.
  • Take an idli steamer and pour moong dal batter and steam it for 5 to 10 minutes and transfer into a blender and make a coarse powder and keep aside.
  • Take a pan and add sugar powder, coconut powder, grounded moong dal powder, cardamom powder and cook it well.
  • Now make it like a laddu and dip into dosa batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Serve it with ghee.
