Ingredients used in Perugu charu
• Chat masala - to taste to taste.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Tumeric - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cilantro - few leaves piece.
• Curry leaves - few piece.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1/2 piece.
• Green chillies - 4 piece.
Method:
Beat the yogurt to thick paste. Add little water(not too much.It should be still thick not very thin). In a hot pan pour oil and add mustard seeds , tumeric,cumin and urad dal.Add curry leaves ,onion and chillies and let it fry.add this to the beaten yougurt.And add salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.If you like, you can add a very little chat masala.I like to add it so.
