Ingredients used in PEANUT CHUTNEY
• Red chillie - 6-7 numbers.
• Shredded coconut - half cup.
• Tamarind - 1 pinch.
• Peanut - 1 cup.
• Mustard seeds,urud dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
Roast the peanut till its golden brown.peel the skin of it. put the tamarind,cocnut,red chili and roasted skin pealed peanut ,salt into blender and grind it as paste. Add tempering to it ,in oil fry the mustard seeds,urud dal,curry leaves and mix it with the paste. Serve with idli,dhosai.
