• Capcicum (any color, but green would be good) - 4 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 1 large.
• Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paster - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
For stuffing (masala) : 1. Roast peanuts. 2. Take roasted peanuts, 1 tsp cumin seeds, tamarind, 1 tsp salt, ans make into a fine paste add water in between to amke it into a fine paste. 3. take capcicum and cut into 2 halfs and remoe the seeds in it to make nice shell like thing. 4. take the peanut paste ( stuffing preperation) and fill each half capcicum. 5. take a pan (non-stick) add oil and let the oil heat. 6.add remaining cuminand mustard seeds to oil. 7. then add the chopped onions and let it fry till golden brown (fry the onions well else u will be able to seee the onion in the gravy) 8.then add the stuffed apcucum into the pan. slowly in low flame cook the capccicum. 9. if u have any left over masala add little water to it and add into the pan. 10. once the capcicum the soft add salt and chilli powder and cover it and cook it till the oil oozes out. once this is done add little coriander powder and cilanthro. make the gravy to the required consistancy. serve with each capcicum peice in the plate with gravy. this way it would be easy to eat capcicum curry and it can also be served to any guests. this is a real good dish. this can go with naan and rice or chapathi what ever.
