Ingredients used in papaya halwa
• Cardomem, raisins n nuts - piece.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Papaya (well ripen) - 1 numbers.
• Ghee - 150 grams.
Method:
cut the papaya into small pieces..take well ripened papaya boil the papaya with very little milk, till the papaya becomes soft add milk till the papaya immerse into the milk(do not add more) then smash n make it a fine paste, let all the milk evoporate n then add sugar to it...after the sugar melts, add ghee litlle by little n stir well untill it comes to a halwa consistency that do not stick to the vesses...now ur papaya halwa isready..garnish with nuts, raisins n cardomeme powder.. sugar should b added according to papayas sweetner.
