• Warm water (115 degrees to 120 degrees f) - 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 1 teaspoon teaspoons.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons teaspoons.
• Fast-rising dry yeast - 1 packet oz.
• All-purpose flour - 3 cups cup.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons tablespoons.
• Garlic pwd - 2 teaspoons teaspoons.
Method:
Crust: Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in bowl. Stir in very warm water and olive oil until dough forms. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 10 minutes. Cover; let rest 30 minutes. Position oven rack ,in lowest position. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. bake pizza on bottom rack for 9 minutes or until heated through and crust is golden brown on a non - stick pizza pan which has holes(avilable in walmart for around $8) for even baking and for a golden crust..apply little oil on pizza pan before baking. You may try very thin pizza crust or little thicker ones too, but you need to watch after 6-7 min for a thinner crust.. My own toppings without american cheese etc is:-- Apply pizza sause the one which is avilable in the market, which has rosemarry, oregano, parsley, tomatoes and olive oil. apply it generously, beat 1 egg well and pour evenly, then add cheese if you want or else add grated 1 carrot, 1 spring onions, very thinly cut and chopped spinach, little sour in taste pinapple piceces (pl make sure it is not sweet ones), then finally add grated paneer and paneer cubes, sprinke red chilli flakes, rosemarry, oregano..and finally drizzle some olive oil and bake it. trust me this toppings of my own is really great in taste.. so sanjay pl do try this and tell me...thank you and warm regards. neeraja.
