Paneer Carrot Capsicum Pulao

Ingredients used in Paneer Carrot Capsicum Pulao
• Water - 2 cups.
• Rice (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Whole garam masala (each) - 2-3 number.
• Carrot(cubes) - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Rose water - 1 tea spoon.
• Paneer (cubes) - 1 cup.
• Brown onion - 1/2 cup.
• Capsicum (cubes) - 1 number.
• Saffron water - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil 2 cups of water in a pan to cook rice of 1 cup. Once it boils, add rice and cook it.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add whole garam masala spices, carrot cubes, mint leaves, curd and cook it well.
  • Then add rose water, paneer cubes, fry for a minute.
  • After that add boiling rice to it by sprinkling brown onion on top and cook it.
  • To it even add capsicum cubes, saffron water and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame then reduce to low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame. Later after 5 minutes, serve it hot.
