Ingredients used in Paineapple Mousse
• Paineapple jelly powder - 100 grams.
• Wipping powder - 50 grams.
• Paineapple - 2 can.
• Whole milk - 250 ml.
• Milk made - 1 can.
Method:

Steps A: preparation of Jelly written on the packet. 1- 1 cup of hot water, add paineapple jellly powder mix it gently then add another cup of normal water, mix it gently 2- sapare it in to to equal quantity, put 1 saparation in to fridge to get harder and another to a side for paineapple mousse Steps B: Granding 1- Take ur Grander Juice jar add to can of paineapple (without water), whole milk, milk made (condense milk), wipping powder and Paineapple Jelly which was kept a side... 2- Grand it until paineapple gets juicy substance. 3- keep it in fridge for 1 hr Step C: Garnishing 1- Take paineapple jelly which is know hard, cut it in to small cubes add it to a bowell 2- Add granded Juice of Paineapple to the bowel and mix jently Surve Chiled with lil Rouh Abza on it.
