Ingredients used in Orange Honey Chicken
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg white - 1 number.
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Orange juice - 1/3 cup.
• Lemon yellow food color - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, mixed herbs, egg white, corn flour, oil and mix well. Then deep fry in hot oil until slightly golden brown in color and keep aside. In a bowl, add ginger sauce, soya sauce, oyster sauce, red chili flake, honey, and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion, garlic and saute it. To it, even add earlier prepared sauce along with orange juice, lemon yellow color. Once it comes to boil, add chicken pieces and cook for 1-2 minutes. Delicious Orange Honey Chicken is now ready to serve.
