Ingredients used in Onion Bhajee
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Gram flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Onions sliced - 1 lbs.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

Slice the onions thinly add the spices mix, then add flour mix well. Leave aside until ready to fry. When ready to fry add a drop of water to make a sticky paste add more flour if necessary. Divide into small balls using two spoons. Heat the oil to 160 deg. hot but not too hot, if too hot the outside will brown too much and the centre will still be gooey. Carefully drop into the hot oil. Fry for about 10 minutes until golden and crisp, serve as a starter or as part of the main meal.
