Ingredients used in Native Mutton Curry
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 2 1/2 tablespoons.
• Cashew nut paste - 1/2 cup.
• Mustard oil - 150 to 180 ml.
• Youghrt - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 5 tablespoons.
• Onion paste - 300 grams.
• Mutton - 1 1/2 pound.
• Mustard paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Saffron powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • First wash the meat properlly.
  • Than keep in a vessel than add chilli powder, turmeric powder, half of the garam masala powder, cashew nut paste, cumin powder, corriander powder, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, onion paste and a pinch of saffron powder, mustard oil and salt to taste, than mix this all well
  • Than marinate for an 1/2 hour than manage it on pressure than light the stove than keep it an high flame for 5 to 7 minutes than add water than keep it on tight pressur for 15 minutes.
  • Than open it and add rest of the garam masla powder and corriander leaves.

Serve hot.
