Is it 50 gms or 75 gms of butter, the recipe on the webpage says 75 gm butter, but the chef says 50 gms. can anyone clarify, whoever tried out the recipe.

i think he did that by flattening the dough into a big size like a pizza dough, then put the chocolate dough on top of the white dough. then roll them up and cut it verticaly. that's how my mom did :)
