This is easy breezy fried rice with simple ingredients, drumstick leaves. This rice dish gets ready very easy and anyone can carry this fried rice in their lunch box without any fuss. Serve Drumstick Leaf Fried Rice on its own or as a side dish to complete your meal.

DRUMSTICK LEAF TEMPERED RICE

Ingredients used in DRUMSTICK LEAF TEMPERED RICE
• Boiled rice - 2 cup.
• Drumstick leaves - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 3 no.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Idly podi or powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan add drumstick leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies and saute it.
  • Once drumstick leaves are cooked then add boiled rice, mix nicely reduce flame.
  • Crush garlic, idly podi and crush it.
  • Add this mixture to rice along with salt and mix nicely.
  • After 2 minutes switch off flame and cover with lid and rest it 2 minutes.

Now Drumstick Leaf tempered Rice is ready to serve.
