Ingredients used in Muttonchops
• Oil - as required.
• Coconut - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger - 1 large.
• Garlic - 2 small.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Cilantro - 1/2 bunch.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Pepper - 2 tablespoons.
• Mutton - 1000 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Blend all the ingredients except mutton and onion,oil,salt.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and add chopped onion and saute for few minutes
  • Add mutton and saute it. Add blended paste to the mutton
  • Pour water as much for thicker gravy, add salt and close the lid.
  • Cook it untill mutton get tender.
