Ingredients used in Mutton Palak
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Spinach - 4 bunch.
• Fenugreek leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Red chillies - 5 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 15 grams.
• Cumin - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Wash and cut meat into even portions.
  • Grind red chillies, turmeric powder, cumin, ginger, green chillies and garlic.
  • Heatoiland add onions, add ground spices and fry well.
  • Add meat and a little water and let it cook till meat is nearly done.
  • Wash and chop spinach and fenugreek leaves . Add salt and cook without water.
  • Grind and water to the meat.
  • Cook till meat is tender.

Serve hot.
