Ingredients used in Lamb With Indian Corn
• Meat - 1 kg.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Crushed coriander - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Shahi jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick (1 inch) - 2 numbers.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Bay leaves - 2 numbers.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Crushed corn - 1 cup.
• Mace (javitri) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilly paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Black cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add whole garam masala spices (cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf), shahi jeera, cumin seeds, bay leaves, crushed coriander, sliced onions, salt and cook onions are golden in colour,
  • Then add mace, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili paste and switch off the flame.
  • To it, even add mutton pieces, garam masala powder, beaten curd, and mix it well. Later add crushed corn (grinded in a blender) and mix it well.Lets rest it for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, cook meat till nice and tender, when mutton is cooked add nutmeg powder, chopped coriander leaves.

Serve this hot with rice, chapattis, and naan.

I believe people can take their time to view his cooking shows. His cooking caters to different people. His frequency of uploads and number of viewers has no correlations.
