Ingredients used in Mutton Kheema Masala Curry
• Black cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 small.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Desiccated coconut powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Mutton kheema - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Brown onions - 1/2 cup.
• Lamb spleen - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Dry roast the black cardamom, peppercorns, bay leaf, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, desiccated coconut powder and transfer into a blender and make a powder and keep aside.
  • In a pan add oil, mutton kheema, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, water and cook it.
  • Now add brown onions, lamb spleen, red chili powder, salt, ground masala powder and cook it.

At last, add coriander leaves and serve it.
