Ingredients used in Mutton Curry Mild
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Coriander powder - 10 grams.
• Poppy seeds - 5 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 2.5 piece.
• Garlic - 3 numbers.
• Cashewnuts - 15 grams.
• Coconut - 30 grams.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Clean and cut mutton in to 2.5 cm piece .
  • Grind together the spices ,cashewnuts and coconut .
  • In a pan and add oil, onion and saute it well.
  • Add spices and fry for 2 to 3 minutes longer .
  • Now add mutton, salt and put on lid and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add water and cook it till meat is tender.
  • Now add vinegar and check theseasoning.

Serve it.
