Ingredients used in Mutton chops
• Mutton chops - 1/2 kg.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Boil the mutton for 2 whistles in a cooker by adding turmeric and little salt with little water and close the cooker. Now add ginger garlic paste to cook for 5 minutes till the raw flovour is gone add red chillipowder. Check the salt in between now add oil to and reduce the flame cook till it is golden colour Now add the pepperpowder to cook for another 5minutes switch off the flame . Severe hot.
