Ingredients used in Mushroom Pulusu
• Potatoes - 2 small.
• Pepper corns - 1 teaspoons.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Mushroom - 5-6 slice.
• Ginger - small piece.
• Garlic - 2-3 pods numbers.
• Dhania seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coconut - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Clove - 1 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 numbers.
• Red chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric pwd - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
Method:
To Grind Masala : Roast clove,cinnamon,pepper corns.dhania seeds,ginger,garlic,red chillies,coconut,little cilantro cool it and grind it to smooth paste. Preparation: To a pan add oil heat it. once heated add onions and salt little fry till it is golden brown, then add turmeric pwd, tomatoes fry till tomatoes are smashed. To that add grind masala fry till oil oozes out then add sliced mushrooms and potatoes pour sufficient water to pulusu consistency. Add salt and boil pulusu till the vegetables are cooked. Garnish it with cilantro. It goes very well with rice,chapathi,puri,dosa.
