Ingredients used in Mooli ke parathe
• Coriander pwd - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chilli pwd - 1 tablespoons.
• Ajwain - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Flour - 1 oz.
• Fresh mooli - 2 numbers.
• Cumin pwd - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Frshly chopped coriander leaves - small.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
scrape the mooli Seive the flour. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, and knead to make a soft dough. remember not to add any water till required since mooli has a lot of water content. keep the dough for at least half hour resting take a small ball, roll into paratha and fry both sides on tava with oil.
