- Take a blender, add mint leaves, little oil, salt, grind to a fine paste by adding required amount of water, strain it, transfer the extractedjuice to a pan, bring it to boil by adding little oil and salt.
- Sligthly fry rice flour,transfer to the cooking pan with mint leaves juice, toss it and cook till the mixture reaches to arequired consistency.
- Now take the required portion of the prepared mixture, stuff it in murkulu machine, press it on an idly steamer plate and steam cook for about 7 minutes.
- To prepare coconut milk masala curry, heat coconut oil in a pan, add whole garam masala spices, sugar, coconut milk andbring it to boil.
Hot and tasty Mint Idiyappam is now ready to serve with delicious coconut milk masala.
