Ingredients used in Methi ke Pakoreh
• Red chilli pdr, zeera pdr, dhanya pdr, turmeric pdr - 1 tsp each teaspoons.
• Green chillies finely chopped - cup to taste.
• Onions finely chooped - 2 small.
• Methi leaves chopped - 1 bunch.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Gram flour - 2 cup.
• Frying oil- deep fry - 1 ml.
Method:
Add all ingrediants into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. When oil is hot, release tablespoon size of the mixture into the oil until golden brown. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
