Ingredients used in mee goreng
• Dried chilles paste - 4 tablespoons.
• Tofu - 2 cup.
• Bean sprout - 2 cup.
• Pepper spinach - 4 leaf.
• Noodle - 2 cup.
• Soya sauce - 2 to taste.
Method:
boil thick type of noodle for 5 minutes and cool it. add oil on pan especially non-stick and add chille paste. fry it until gives smell and put bean sprouts,spinach together. keep on fry and finally add noodle into it. adding green chillies to taste. instead of salt only dark soya sauce is added. cut tofu into small pieces and fried it and used as topings. for non-veg people,fried chicken or mutton chopped pieces can be added instead of tofu. swich off flame and serve hot
