Ingredients used in Mava Cake
• Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Milk khoya - 50 grams.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Powdered sugar - 125 grams.
• Unsalted butter - 125 grams.
• Semolina - 200 grams.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Safron - 3 springs.
Method:
mix unsalted butter and sugar and beat it till it becomes creamy and light, sieve semolina and baking powder mixture into this, mix well. add khoya mix well. in a bowl take egg white and beat till it forms soft peaks, fold into the mixture. add some milk with safron for consistency. pour into cup cake moulds, bake at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes till the knife comes out clean.

It would be easy if the measures for re cipes were in cups versus grams or mL as when I buy grocery it is in pounds or kilos(bulk). If you mention how much 200gms semolina is in cups it would be easy for home cooks as thaths the measure thats easily
