Mango Kulfi
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : mango
Servings : 0 persons
Published date : November 13, 2016

Ingredients used in Mango Kulfi
• 2 cans sliced mangoes drained (or 3-4 fresh mangoes) - 2 can.
• Condensed milk (sweetened) - 400 grams.
• Double cream - 500 ml.
• 10 cardamon pods - 10 .
Method:
First remove seeds from the cardamon pods and crush/grind them, put them to one side. using a blender/liqudizer blend the mango (remove skin and stone if using fresh mangoes) until smooth. Pour condesnsed milk into a large bowl and add in the cardamon adn stir to combine. in another bowl whisk the cream until it forms soft peaks. gently fold the cream into the condensed milk - do not over mix you just want them to blend together gently. then swirl through the mango puree, gently. now pour into 8-10 individual freezable bowls or into one big container and freeze for atleast 6 hours. useful tip - transfer to the frigde half an hour before serving. enjoy!!!
