Ingredients used in MANGO JAM
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Citric acid - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

1. Remove the peel of mango and cut into pieces. 2. Take the mixie jar and add the mango pieces and blend into smooth paste. 3. Take the non stick pan and add mango pulp and mix thoroughly until it becomes thick paste. 4. Add sugar and stir it until mixture change from thin to thick consistency. 5. Then add citric acid mixed in water to the mixture and mix thoroughly and switch of the flame. 6. When the jam cools down then transfer it into a glass jar and store it. 7. Now the jam is ready to serve with bread.
