Ingredients used in Malida
• Cow ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Chapati/roti (leftovers) - 2 piece.
• Jaggery - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Take 2 Leftovers Chapatis. tear them into very small pieces. I mean, take 2 chapatis and with your both hands tear the chapati into 2 pieces. Again with half piece do the same thing. tear into 2. keep on continue until chapatis#39;s pieces doesn#39;t come to size of oats. Do not grind them. Do it by hand only. Then add 2 tbsp cow ghee and add 1 tbsp Jaggery to chapatis and Mix all. Thats it we are done. For Dietetics patienc, instead of Jaggery, you can add 1 tbsp sugar free for 2 chapatis
