Ingredients used in Maida Janthikalu
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Moong dal powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Dry roast moong dal allow it to rest and transfer into a blender to make a smooth powder
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, roasted moong dal powder, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, red chili powder, salt mix it.
  • Add water and mix it with a wooden spoon like a dough slightly soft.
  • Take a portion and place it in 3 hole murukku press and press it in hot oil.
  • Deep fry and transfer to a plate.

Now Maida Janthikalu is ready to serve.
