Ingredients used in MAGGIGA PULUSU
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmaric powder - 1 pinch.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Coriender leaf - to taste.
• Curry leaf - 2 or 3 spring.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curd - 3 cups.
• Gram flour - 2 or 3 tablespoons.
• Amaranth leafs - 1 sticks.
• Bottle gourd - Half slice.
• Dried red chilly - 2 numbers.
• Hing (asafoetida) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

Cut bottle gourd into pieces and cut the amaranth leaves,Green chilli,chilikaluga. Now take a bowl and add bottle gourd pieces,amaranth leafs,green chilly,salt,water and boil it. in a curd bowl add gram flour and keep a side,pina mukkalu boil iyyaka water alage unchi curd-gram flour water ni pina boil ina mukkallo poyyali.Taruvata curry leaf vesi 2 or 3 pogulu ranivvali.Endulo koncham tarmaric powder veyyali.Taruvata popu veyyenchukovali, adi netipopu iete chala baguntundi.(mustard seeds,cumin seeds,driedred chilli 2,hing power )last lo manam curry leaf,coriender leaf vesi 2 or 3 pongulu rani chi stove mida nunchi denchayyali. NOTE:marchipokudadu salt matra anta iyyaka stove mida nunchi dinchaka vesukovali ,lekapote curd veligi potundi

it would have been better if description was either in full telugu or full english(probably translations in brackets where felt necessary). good recipe
