Ingredients used in Magge Bhel Puri
• Onion chopped - half piece.
• Diced tomato - half piece.
• Green chillies chopped - 1 piece.
• Peanuts - 15 numbers.
• Maggi noodle pack - 1 numbers.
• Potato - 1 numbers.
• Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons.
• Sev - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Roast the maggi noodle pack for 15 mins on low flame. make sure the noodles does not turn dark brouwn out of burn. Keep stirring until it turns light golden brown. Let it cool for 30 mins. Mix well the maggi masala and 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup in a small bowl and pour into the roasted noodles. Mix all other ingredients and stir properly so that the mixture is uniform. Keep the mixture for atleast 30 mins so that the noodles loses it crispyness and serve it with garnished sev
