Ingredients used in LOBIA KI ROTI
• Lobia - ½ cup.
• Ginger (small) - 2 piece.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - ½ bunch.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a blender add lobia (Soaked and boiled by adding salt) ginger, cumin seeds, green chilli, and make it into a paste.
  • Transfer this into a bowl and add wheat flour, chopped coriander, then mix it like a chapati dough.
  • Add some oil and knead it well. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it like a small chapati by adding dry flour.
  • Heat tava and cook the chapatis using oil till brown on both sides. Serve hot.

Its simple but nutritious brkfst...good lunch box recipe too..will definitely give it a try...Thanks for a nice recipe Ragini...plz upload more of lunchbox easy healthy recipes along with some tips to quicken up packing lunch for kids in the morning!
