Ingredients used in kobbari charu
• Jeera and musturd seeds for tampering - .
• Coriander leaves - .
• Curry leves - 1-2 springs.
• Green chillis - 7-8 numbers.
• Lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Coconut milk - 1 can.
• Garlic - 2-3 clove.
• Oil for tampering - .
• Turmuric powder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
heat the oil in a saucepan add jeera musturd seeds after a min add garlic ,green chilles and curry leaves to it and add turmeric powder after they are fried add a can of coconut milk to it . then add a can of water because coconut milk a little thick for the soup. let the soup boil for 5 -10 mins . then add lemon juice salt and corriander leave to it and let it boil for a min or 2 . then the delicous coconut charu is ready . :)
