Ingredients used in khashi ko masu koraas
• Lamb boneless - 1000 grams.
• Oil - 50 ml.
• Fenugreek seeds - 3 grams.
• Asafoetida - 2 pinch.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 10 numbers.
• Ginger - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Black pepper corns - 15 numbers.
• Black cardamoms - 4 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 stricks.
• Turmeric - 3 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 5 1/2 cup.
• Green coriander - 1 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

1.heat oil;add fenugreek seeds,asafoetida and the lamb.cook for 15 mins or till the liquid dries.

2.add the remaining ingredients except the green corianderand lemon juice.cook for 5 mins,add the water and cook till the lamb is done.

3.remove the lamb pieces and keep aside .strain the soup through a colander.

4.add lemon juice to the soup,put back the lamb pieces and serve with 2-3 pieces of lamb in each bowl.garnish with green coriander and serve hot with boiled rice.
