Ingredients used in Kebab Sauce
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 2 number.
• Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon or rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Plain yogurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper - to taste.
• Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Cayenne peppers or chilli paste - half tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
Method:
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend into fine paste.
  • Simmer on low heat on stove until thickened slightly and flavor is set.
  • Use as a marinade for rice, kababs, meat, or fish.
