Ingredients used in Jonna Rotti
• Coriander - 1/4 bunch.
• Green chillies - 3 to 4 .
• Salt - .
• Onion - 1 small.
• Water(boiled hot water) - 1/2 cup .
• Jonnalu flour - 2 cups small.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

Take 2cups of jonnalu flour in a bowl and add salt to it, according to your taste,mix it.Now add 1/2 cup hot water to the flour and soak it for 1hour,closing lid on it.After soaking,add onion finely chopped to the flour.Add chopped green chillies and finely chopped coriander to the flour.Now Mix all the ingrediants.Make round balls from the mixture amp; keep a side.Now take one pan put 1spoon oil after the pan is ready with heat,keep in medium flame. Now take each ball and put on pan and press it with your fingers and make it like rotti.Use oil to your fingers if the mixture is sticky.now add little oil to rotti and change the direction,so that it fill fry with golden brown colour.Serve it hot with coconut chutney or any other types of chutneys.
