Ingredients used in jonna pindi burelu(javar poori)
• Sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jonna pindi(javar flour) - 2 cup.
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Water - .
take flour add salt ,chilli powder,sesame seeds and mix it. take warm water and mix the flour with warm water like chapathi dough. take a pan add some oil for deep frying and heat it. take a wet cloth or thin cover. take small ball of dough press it on cloth.likepoori(press with your hand) then you fry it in oil.
