Ingredients used in INDO-CHINESE CORN BHEL
• Haldirams chiwda or any local chiwda - 1 cup.
• Green chilli(finely chopped) - 1 no.
• Soya sauce - half tea spoon.
• Vinegar - half tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander(chopped) - half cup.
• Onions(chopped) - half cup.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Capsicum(chopped) - 50 grams.
• Corns (fresh or frozen) - 2 cup.
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Chaat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - 0.
Method:
Take corns boil in water with salt,take it in a big bowl keep it aside In same vessel take oil, saute capsicum, onion, tomato. add in that vinegar, salt, chilli powder, green chilli, soya sauce see yourcapsicum is tender remove it from flame, Now add this mixture in corns bowl, add coriander chat masala, haldi rams chiwda, lime juice.
