Ingredients used in Green Pepper and Spinach
• Spinach - 500 grams.
• Green bell pepper - 1 number.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 pinch.
• Peanut butter - 1/4 cup.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a pan, saute onion and green pepper in oil until onion is tender.
  • Then add tomato and spinach. Cover and simmer until spinach is tender; about 5 minutes.
  • Now add salt, pepper and peanut butter and mix properly.

Serve hot.
