Ingredients used in Green peas paratha
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 4 cloves.
• Green peas - 100 grams.
• Whole wheat flour - 2 cups.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan add garlic, green chilly, salt, cumin powder, saute this, add green peas cook this the butter, switch off the flame, put it in the blender make a paste. In a bowl add chapatti atta (whole wheat flour) add oil, salt, water make it into a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions, Stuff the green peas masala into the dough. Take some flour with the help of the rolling pin roll the paratha. Put the paratha on the tava cook it on both sides with ghee or butter.
