Ingredients used in Green coconut curry
• Coconut milk tin - 1 can.
• Garlicfinely choped - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger finely choped - 2 tablespoons.
• Curry leves - 10-12 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
• Green chilli - 1 to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
1) Grind and make past of coriander leaves, Garlik, Ginger, Green Chilli, cumin Seeds, salt for test. (make fine past) 2 ) Put coconut milk in a bowl, i always use tin coz here in israel its hard to find coconut. And ready coconut milk tin makes it easy. 3) Add the past we made in coconut milk and mix it. 4) Heat the oil add mustard seeds wait till it crakals ( i like it when sanjay says this in his own style) 5) when mustared seeds crakel slow the gas and add curry leaves. wait 10 sec. 6) When you feel the smail of curry leaves, add coconut milk in which we already added the past. 7) Wait till it boils .......searve hot with simple rice and dry chicken or serve like soup. Must say thanks to sanjay for his grate work for people and his grate site.
