Ingredients used in gosht ka choba shredded meat
• Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion sliced - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chilli paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3/4 cup.
• Boneless lamb or beef - 1000 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped coriander - 1 bunch.
• Chopped mint - optional .
• Lemon squeeze - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
slightly boil meat pieces till half done.(not fully cooked).then let it cool then blend it till it form shreds.heat oil in a pan add onion (do not fry onion)then add shredded meat.stir.meat obsorbs all the oil and stick to the pan, so stir continiously.add one by one ginger garlic paste,green chilli,turmeric.fry it till it change to brown color.stir occationally.if you feel need more oil then add used oil or heat oil in other pan add little onion then add it to choba/meat.at last add the all other remaining ingredients.stir and cover to cook 1 or 2 mnt more then serve it.
