FRESH RED CHILI AND DRUMSTICK PICKLE

Ingredients used in FRESH RED CHILI AND DRUMSTICK PICKLE
• Fresh red chillies (roughly chopped) - 1 cup.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garlic cloves (slightly crushed) - 9 clove.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind (soaked) - 10 grams.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Drumsticks - 15 piece.
Method:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add fresh red chilies and saute it.
  • Add fenugreek seeds, 6 of garlic cloves, salt and saute it for a minute.
  • Transfer it into mixie jar and grind it by adding tamarind, later blend it to a smooth paste.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the same pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, 3 garlic cloves, drumsticks and saute it for 2 minutes till there color is slightly changed.
  • Then add red chili paste and mix thoroughly, check for seasoning. Later transfer into jar and keep it aside for 3 days.

Now fresh red chili and drumstick pickle is ready to serve.
