Ingredients used in FISH - APOLLO
• Salmon fish - 500 grams.
• Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli sauce - 3 teaspoons.
• Ajinomoto - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg (beaten) - 1 numbers.
• Cornflour - 50 grams.
• All purpose flour - 50 grams.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 10 numbers.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Red & orange food color - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Clean the Salmon fish pieces, season it with salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli sauce, ajinomoto then mix them well i.e. marinate for half an hour.
  • Then add egg, corn flour, all purpose flour, red & orange food colour and mix all of them.
  • Now saute them in oil till the colour changes to dark red.
  • In another pan, take some oil, add green chillies, curry leaves, some red chilli powder, one cup of curd, salmon fish with gravy mixture.
  • Now add some water to cook, then switch off the flame when it becomes thick.
