Ingredients used in FIRNI ( A GOOD N DIFFERENT DESSERT)
• Cardemom powder(mango essence if required) - pinch.
• Custurd powder r rice flour - 3-4 tablespoons.
• Mango pulp r (paste grinded in the mixer) - 1 cup.
• Milk - 2 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Tweety fruities n nuts - piece.
Method:

jus boil milk till raises up then add custurd powder r rice flour for thickening the milk add mango pulp sugar, then add cardemom powder n all all other nuts n tweety fruity bring it to boil well c that the consistency like a semi liquid now ur firni is ready to serve....it can b served hot or cold
