Ingredients used in eggcutlet
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Gingergarlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Pepper powder - half tablespoons.
• Cumim seeds - half tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Potato - 1 numbers.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Egg white - 1 cup.
• Bread crumbs or suji - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 cup.
Method:

first boil the potato ,peel the skin and smsh it, and boil the eggs and scrape the eggs chop onions into small peices,place the kadai pour little oil for seasoning put cumim seeds add slit onions make it golden brown add ginger garlic paste and turmeric and garam masala and add the grated egg mix withmasala and the mixture to the smashed potato kept aside mix it well shape into any shape you like and roll them on bread crumbs or suji and egg white and heat the pan andd oil and make a deep fry.
