Ingredients used in eggchickbuk
• Corriander powder - pint.
• Coriandder leaves - 2 bunch.
• Oil - teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Halidi - onetea spoon pinch.
• Curryleaves - 4 bunch.
• Onions - 2 piece.
• Chillies - 10 piece.
• Eggs - 6 piece.
• Garmamasala - pinch pinch.
• Gingergarlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
boil eggs carefully,cut them into two pieces, pour on etable spoon oil in the pan when oil is hot add the aggs til they are golden colour add little haldi to it , keep the eggs aside , pour two spoons of oil now add onions , curry leaves,chillies,haldi,ginger garlic paste ,saute for threeminutes on high flame , now aadd eggs coriander leaves chill y powder, coriander powder , littl garam masala and now add one table spoon of oil medium the flame u will get a fine colour of the curry dont over beat the eggs move your sppon very slowly so the yolk esnt come out of the shell trust me this item sell liek any thing my hot favourate
