Ingredients used in EGG BISCUITS
• All purpose flour - 250 grams.
• Sugar powder - 250 grams.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Cardamom - 4 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Ghee or dalda - 2-3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a big bowl and add all purpose flour, sugar powder, cardamom powder,beaten eggs and ghee.
  • Mix it thoroughly to make a dough without using water.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions then with a rolling pin make chapattis.
  • Cut chapattis into different shapes and deep fry them in oil.
  • Take them out on tissue paper once they become golden brown.
  • Egg biscuits are ready to serve.
