Ingredients used in EGG BIRYANI
• Pepper powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - optional .
• Green chilli - 8 .
• All dry garam masala - .
• Salt - to taste .
• Cilantro - 1 bunch.
• Mint - 2 springs.
• Water - 5 cup.
• Basmati rice - 3 cup.
• Eggs - 6 numbers.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

First cook rice with all dry garam masala and little salt in it. Make it cool by spreading in a wide pan. Then now put 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and eggs and keep stiring it till they become medium size and now add little black pepper powder and salt and fry it for 3 mins and take them into a plate. In the same pan add 3 tbsp of oil then add onion,green chilli,mint,curry leaves and little alt so that onions cook little faster and smoother.when onions are cooked add red chilli powder, coriander,cumin powder,garam masala powder and fry them for a minute and now add previously fried eggs and fry the whole stuff for 5 mins and now add whole cooked rice and again fry it for 10 mins with a lid on it. Garnish it with Cilantro and your yummi yummi Egg Biryani is Ready.
